Diaphragm seal with threaded connection, 600 bar max

Diaphragm seals are used to protect the pressure measuring instrument from aggressive, adhesive, crystallising, corrosive, highly viscous, environmentally hazardous or toxic media. A diaphragm made of the appropriate material provides for the separation from the medium to be measured. Thus even the most difficult measuring requirements can be met by combining measuring instruments with diaphragm seals. A fluid inside the system, which can be chosen to suit the particular application, hydraulically transmits the pressure to the measuring instrument. The diaphragm is mechanically clamped between the upper housing and intermediate ring and is leak proof tested to guarantee fill fluid separation from process fluid. This model is without sealing gaskets. This construction feature and its compact design suits many application that require frequent maintenance.

– Working pressure from 0/60 bar to 0/400 bar for model with intermediate ring
– Working pressure from 0/400 to 0/600 bar for model without intermediate ring
– Working temperature -45/+150°C
– Suitable for pressure gauges dn 63 mm
– Welded diaphragm in st. st. AISI316L
– Process connection in st. st. AISI316
